Enoki Beef Rolls
Ingredients:
thinly sliced beef
enoki
1 stalk green onions (diced)
1 medium sized onion (sliced)
cilantro and green onions for garnish
Broth Ingredients:
1 cup chicken broth
4 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp mirin
2 tbsp honey
2 tbsp shaoxing cooking wine
1-2 tbsp garlic
Directions:
Slice your onion and dice your green onions
Wash your enoki and separate into small bunches
Wrap your enoki in your thinly sliced shabu beef
Saute your onions and white part of your green onions for 5 mins
Place your enoki on top of your onions
Pour in broth mixture
3 mins before your beef is cooked, add in your green onions and cilantro
Eat by itself or enjoy over a bowl of rice
