Korean Rolled Omelette - Gyeran Mari (계란말이)
Korean rolled omelette is a classic Korean dish that is typically a side dish. However, you can also eat this as your main dish as well! It’ll be tasty over a bed of rice and seaweed.
Imagine an American omelette, but make it finger food!
Traditionally, gyeran mari is made with finely diced vegetables, processed meat such as ham, and cheese!
But since you will be the one eating it, you can add anything you want in your omelette, just make sure the ingredients are finely chopped!
I went with the classic ingredients here!
