Stuffed Cabbage Rolls
Cabbage rolls are so easy to make, ingredients can be found at any grocery store, and to be honest, you can stuff them with anything you like! It can be fully vegetarian or you can add meat! You can make this dish totally to your liking!

SERVES: 4-5 people
Ingredients:
1 lb ground pork
Whole head of purple cabbage
Garlic (7 cloves diced)
Carrots (1 cup diced)
Mushrooms (1 cup diced)
Ginger (1-2 tbsp diced)
Yellow onion (1 small diced)
Seasonings (1 spoon each):
Dark soy sauce
Fish sauce
Oyster sauce
Black vinegar
White pepper
Brown sugar
Salt (to your taste)
Directions:
Cut the stem of your purple cabbage head and cook it in a pot of boiling water for 8-10 mins until the cabbage leaves can easily fall off (rinse with cold water)
Cut the vein from the cabbage leaves so it’s easier to roll (put aside)
In a bowl, mix your pork, mushrooms, carrots, ginger, onion, garlic, and seasonings (you can add more or less depending on your taste buds)
Put a spoon full of your pork filling on the cabbage leaves and roll like you would with a spring roll.
Steam for 15 mins and enjoy (:
