Spicy Cold Tofu Dish

Making a cold tofu dish when you’re too lazy to cook or just want a cheap meal is the best. Simple ingredients and best of all, it’s healthy and is high in protein.

SERVES: 1-2 people

Ingredients:

  • silken tofu

  • green onions

  • garlic

  • cilantro

  • soy sauce

  • black vinegar

  • rice vinegar

  • sesame oil and seeds

  • sugar

  • chili oil

  • cucumbers (diced)

 

Directions:

  1. Press the silken tofu for minimum 10 mins to release all the water.

  2. Create your sauce mixture with the ingredients above. The amount differs for everyone based on taste buds.

  3. Top it off with fresh cilantro and green onions
