Spicy Cold Tofu Dish
Making a cold tofu dish when you’re too lazy to cook or just want a cheap meal is the best. Simple ingredients and best of all, it’s healthy and is high in protein.

Ingredients:
silken tofu
green onions
garlic
cilantro
soy sauce
black vinegar
rice vinegar
sesame oil and seeds
sugar
chili oil
cucumbers (diced)
Directions:
Press the silken tofu for minimum 10 mins to release all the water.
Create your sauce mixture with the ingredients above. The amount differs for everyone based on taste buds.
Top it off with fresh cilantro and green onions
