Spicy Ramen Dumplings

When you’re craving spicy ramen, cheese, and more carbs. This recipe is for you!

Tell me this doesn’t look good! You get spicy, crunchy, cheesy, and bite size!

COOK TIME: 15 mins

SERVES: 2 people

Ingredients:

  • 1 package buldak ramen

  • mozzarella cheese

  • spring roll rice paper

  • optional - green onions

Directions:

  1. Cook ramen according to package directions.

  2. Turn off heat and add green onions.

  3. Add hot water in a large plate for spring roll paper

  4. Add ramen and mozzarella cheese onto spring roll paper and roll.

  5. Add oil to nonstick pan.

  6. Pan fry your dumplings cheese side down for 2-3mins then flip.
